Few steps in bathroom renovation

Bathroom remodeling/rebuilding:

This bathroom had not been used for over 20 years. It was used for storage for many years. The most severe issue was the termite infection from the past. After removing the drywall and looking at all aspects/issues of termite damage I decided to replace some of the framing and exterior siding. After completing the outside siding I decided to replace the siding for the complete home (removed the asbestos siding and updated it). Once the siding and framing was completed, flooring was replaced and updated to AdvanTech Flooring (via Grant Mason, Construction Hot Springs Arkansas 501-538-1029).

The next step was to install new wiring and circuitry. Complete new wiring ( pull and install ) and circuit breaker. New updated ceiling exhaust fan and light assembly also added at this time.
